The best way to do that is to simply use the noclip command to fly over to the amulet in the house, and then fly back out. That place is awesome the first time you do it, and a pain in the rear every time thereafter. The only quest I ever skip is the ghost house. I would not recommend doing any of this though, as you cause some errors to your game if you are arbitrarily skipping quests, etc. I’m not sure how this works out exactly, but I know you get the story state set to 10 when you visit downtown.

If you are skipping any part of the main quest line (getting the astrolite, sister’s duel, etc), you will want to update the game state, too, to avoid some error. To find these internal name/stage bindings you can open up quest_santamonica.txt under Vampire/vdata/system to learn the names of the quests.

Where X equals the internal name of the quest and Y equals the internal stage of that quest.
